If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet because by now I'm sure you know what happened last night. Against a lot of people's expectations, Carl Froch scored the kind of win that will go down in British boxing history. He set fire to the bookmakers odds that had Bute as the favourite and put on a performance so dominant that by the end, undefeated IBF champion Bute looked like a broken man.

In our prediction post we got this way,way wrong. We had it as a Bute KO win, a conclusion we came to by either overestimating Bute or underestimating Froch. The only comfort we can have in failing so badly in our prediction is that fact that we kept good company in doing it; in our poll that ran all day yesterday, sixty-five per cent of you guys also had Lucian as the winner.

This is one of those times when being wrong is great. I wasn't a massive Froch fan before last night but his performance, and the atmosphere in which he did it, turned me into one. It was one of those boxing moments that makes your hair stand up, and it is something that will be talked about for a long time.

Pretty soon we'll discuss what is next for both Froch and Bute, but all that needs to be said for now is well done Carl Froch. In getting a round five knockout win, and becoming the IBF World Champion, he's guaranteed himself a lasting boxing legacy.
