If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

It was announced today that British heavyweights David Haye and Dereck Chisora will fight for the vacant WBO International heavyweight title in one of the most anticipated matches of 2012. Despite Chisora having his license suspended and Haye's unlikely to be granted were he to even apply, Frank Warren has managed to pit the two boxers together, and this time it will even take place in a ring.

You probably saw Haye and Chisora's kick-off after Dereck's loss to Vitali Klitschko - these two hate each other. This is a heavyweight clash that can't be anything other than explosive, and it is the biggest British heavyweight fight in a long time.
