If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

Matchroom might have the card of the weekend with Carl Froch vs Lucian Bute, but Frank Warren has a decent night of action this Friday when Lee Selby takes on Patrick Okine and Frankie Gavin fights...well... a journeyman called Laszlo Komjathi. Warren knew better than to compete with the Froch-Bute action, so you can see this card on Friday night on Boxnation.

Selby, 25, is on an impressive run of eight wins and not only that, four of them have come by knockout. This might not sound brilliant to you, but a criticism of Selby has often been that he lacks power. By scoring KO wins over John Simpson, James Ancliff, Dai Davies and Stephen Smith, Selby has proved he can punch. Add this to the boxing talent that we see from him in nearly every fight, and it's looking like Selby will be competing for a world title one day.

Patrick Okine comes into this with a good 11-1 record, but if you look at it closely you'll realise it's all fluff. This is the first time he has ever left Ghana for a fight, and all of his wins were against semi-professionals and journeymen. To be honest, I'm not sure why he's fighting for a title; his last seven opponents have just five wins between them.

Still, best of luck to Patrick. If he fights well then this will prove a stepping stone in his career, win or lose. Let's face it though, we expect a wide Lee Selby win in this one, and he'll probably pick up another knockout.
