If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

It's time to take a look at the fixtures for Week 2 of our Boxing Prediction League, we have three fights for you to take a look at this week, it's probably the quietest weekend of boxing this season, but the three fights include a World Title fight, a fight between two contenders with the winner looking to get a world title shot, and a Light Middleweight prospect looking to get in the top ten rankings.

For those interested, here is what the league table looks like after Week 1.

All three of the fights are on one card, in Germany.

1) Arthur Abraham Vs Robert Stieglitz - 'The King' Arthur Abraham looks to win his first world title fight since 2009, and his first title in the Super Middleweight division, he takes on WBO champion, Robert Stieglitz. Stieglitz is regarded as the weakest champion at 168 IBS, many of you think that this is Abraham's best chance at winning a title in the Super Middleweight division.

Stieglitz has successfully defended his title six times, but he is yet to really beat anyone on Abraham's level. This is a test for both fighters, it's a test to see if Stieglitz is an elite fighter, and for Abraham, we will find out whether he can still compete and win at world level.

2) Robin Krasniqi Vs Serdar Sahin - This fight is being fought at the Light Heavyweight division, it's for the WBO intercontinental title, so the winner will receive a high ranking with the WBO belt, which is being held by Nathan Cleverly.

Krasniqi was scheduled to fight Cleverly earlier in the year, however Cleverly had to pull out of the fight due to an injury. If Krasniqi beats Sahin, we could see him fight Cleverly sometime later this year.

Serdar Sahin, is undefeated and has previously fought in the Cruiserweight division, he hasn't been tested yet, but with a greater than 60% knock-out ratio, he could make things interesting.

3) Jack Culcay Vs Frederic Serre - This fight is between unbeaten, Jack Culcay and the more experienced, Frederic Serre. These two aren't huge names, but you may have seen Culcay fighting on the Robert Helenius/Dereck Chisora under-card last December, or the Alexander Povetkin/Marco Huck under-card earlier this year.

Culcay is the prospect who is expected to win, but Serrer beat an undefeated fighter in his last bout, so don't write him off.
