If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

After Week 4 of our Boxing Prediction League, let's take a look at the League Standings. First, take a quick look at the results from the past weekend.

1) Vitali Klitschko (KO) Vs Manuel Charr
2) Tony Bellew (KO) Vs Edison Miranda
3) Lucas Matthysse (KO) Vs Ajose Olusegun
4) Tomasz Adamek (KO) Vs Travis Walker
5) Andre Ward (KO) Vs Chad Dawson
6) Antonio DeMarco (KO) Vs John Molina

All of the betting favourites won their fights this weekend, but you will be very surprised in the method in which some of those victories came. As you can see, each fight was settled in knock-out form, the biggest surprise was the fact that Ward managed to stop such an elite talent (at Light Heavyweight) in Chad Dawson.

Antonio DeMarco stopped John Molina in just under fifty seconds, DeMarco never looked better, but you have to feel for Molina who went through months of hard training camps just to get blown out in the first round.

Adamek showed his warriors mentality once again, his legs looked gone in the second round of his fight against Travis Walker, but he managed to survive and drop Walker in the same round.

Klitschko and Bellew got the TKO, but they didn't look good in my opinion. I haven't seen the Matthysse/Olusegun fight, but I heard Matthysse looked excellent and Olusegun showed a lot of heart.

Dan2012 was in first place for the second week running last week, will things change-up this week?

Thanks to all of the new predictions for this week. It's appreciated.
