If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

After the fifth week of our Boxing Prediction League, let's take a look at the League Table. First, here are the results from last night.

1) Sergio Martinez (UD) Vs Julio Cesar Chavez Jr
2) Jhonny Gonzalez Vs Daniel Ponce De Leon (TD)
3) Yoan Pablo Hernandez (UD) Vs Troy Ross
4) Matthew Macklin (KO) Vs Joachim Alcine
5) Saul Alvarez (KO) Vs Josesito Lopez
6) Marcos Maidana (KO) Vs Jesus Soto Karass

All six fights from last night were entertaining, Hernandez was in another brawl, and escaped with a close win in which most people thought Ross deserved the verdict. Ponce De Leon won a technical decision to take Gonzalez's title. Macklin put himself right back into World Title mix with one of the best performances of his career in stopping a former world champion in the first round.

Maidana did the same thing by digging deep and stopping the tough Karass in a tough fight. Alvarez, as expected was too big for the game Josesito Lopez. And Sergio Martinez outclassed Julio Cesar Chavez Jr for eleven rounds and his hard work almost came undone in the twelfth round when he was dropped and badly hurt by Jr, but Martinez took some big shot and came back strong in the same round

Their were many changes in the League Standings last weekend, how different will the standings be after last night?
