If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

It's time to take a look at the fixtures for Week 7 of our Boxing Prediction League, it's a quieter week than usual, but there's still some very good fights for you to take a look at.

Here is the League Table after Week 6.

1) Kubrat Pulev Vs Alexander Ustinov - This fight is being fought for Pulev's EBU Heavyweight Title, he won the belt earlier this year by stopping Alexander Dimitrenko. His first defence is against an undefeated fighter with a big punch, Alexander Ustinov. Pulev is rightly the favourite for this fight, he is the EBU champ, but in Heavyweight boxing anything can happen.

The winner of this bout will likely take on Wladimir Klitschko sometime next year.

2) Alexander Povetkin Vs Hasim Rahman - This fight isn't being fought for the Heavyweight Championship of the world, but it is being fought for a title. Povetkin is the 'regular' WBA champion, he has successfully defended his title twice, his third defence is against the huge punching, Hasim Rahman. Rahman is being wrote off in this fight, but Povetkin can be hit, and as I mentioned earlier, one clean punch in a Heavyweight fight and anything can happen.

This is another bout where the winner could potentially fight Wladimir Klitschko.

3) Jack Culcay Vs Mark Thompson - Jack Culcay is a good prospect who we had on the fixtures list earlier in the season, he won that fight by a third round TKO, however he hasn't really been tested by any of his previous opponents. Will Rochdale-born, Mark Thompson be the first opponent to give Culcay a big test, or even beat him?

The WBA inter-continental title is on the line, maybe the plan is to become a mandatory challenger for Floyd Mayweather Jr? Although their's more chance we see Mayweather Jr fight Wladimir Klitschko than the winner of Culcay/Thompson.

4) Edwin Rodriguez Vs Jason Escalera - This is a battle of the "0's", after this fight only one of these guys will still be undefeated. Guys fighting to keep their undefeated records always make for good fights, I can see the winner of this fight challenging for a world title sometime in the near future. Rodriguez made a name for himself on the Martinez/Macklin under-card earlier in the year, he fought his toughest test to date in Don George, and he beat him on a wide points decision over ten rounds.

Escalera hasn't fought the same calibre of opponents that Rodriguez has, but he does have a huge 85% knock-out ratio, this is your classic Boxer Vs Puncher match-up.
