If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

After a relatively quiet boxing weekend, let's take a look at the League Table for our Boxing Prediction League. But first, here are the results from last night.

1) Miguel Vasquez (SD) Vs Marvin Quintero
2) Thomas Durlome Vs Luis Carlos Abregu (KO)
3) Mauricio Herrera Vs Karim Mayfield (UD)
4) Rafael Marquez Vs Cristian Mijares (KO)
5) DeMarcus Corley Vs Victor Postol (UD)

Miguel Vasquez made hard work of what was supposed to be a routine title defence for him. If he wants to be challenging and beating the likes of Ricky Burns, Adrien Broner and Richard Abril, he will have to box better than he did last night.

Luis Carlos Abregu won in a mild upset, he dropped unbeaten, Durlome twice, forcing Durlome's corner to throw in the towel. With this victory Abregu has got himself back into world title contention,

Karim Mayfield retained his unbeaten record with a close unanimous decision win over the tough, Mauricio Herrera. This is by far Mayfield's best victory to date, and he can't be too far away from fighting for a world title or a title eliminator bout.

Cristian Mijares beat former world champion, Rafael Marquez by technical knock-out in the ninth round. With this win Mijares has saved his career at world level. Marquez is thirty seven years old, he has lost three of his last five fights, and has six stoppage loses to his name. Marquez has had a great career, but now it should be time for him to call it a day.

Victor Postol remained unbeaten and beat the best opponent of his career so far. He won a wide unanimous decision over the in-form, DeMarcus Corley. Postol obviously isn't a knock-out puncher, but against Corley he showed skills and potential to get to world level.
