If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

It's Sunday morning, so it's time to look back and reflect on the latest boxing weekend. Before you take a look at the League Table for our Boxing Prediction League, here are the results from the four fixtures.

1) Brian Rose (KO) Vs Vivian Harris
2) Wilfredo Vasquez Jr (KO) Vs Jonathan Oquendo
3) Zaurbek Baysangurov (UD) Vs Lukas Konecny
4) Terry Flannigan Prize-Fighter champion

Terry Flannigan winning Prize-Fighter was a huge upset, he beat two former British champions in the process. Flannigan has potential, but a EBU Title fight Gavin Rees would be a step to far at this point. A fight with Derry Matthews over twelve rounds for the British Title would be a wise move after winning Prize-Fighter.

Brian Rose looked very impressive in stopping former World Champion, Vivian Harris. It took Rose, the British Light Middleweight Champion, just three rounds to dispose of Harris. Harris has lost six of his last seven fights, five of those inside the distance. He should call it a day.

Wilfredo Vasquez Jr got back to winning ways by knocking-out Jonathan Oquendo in the seventh round. The fight was a barn-stormer from round one, and with this win Vasquez Jr has put himself right back into World Title mix.

Zaurbek Baysangurov successfully defended his WBO Light Middleweight crown by winning a wide unanimous decision over former interim champion, Lukas Konecny. Baysangurov isn't a big enough name to fight the likes of Miguel Cotto or Saul Alvarez, but a future fight with EBU champion, Sergey Rabchenko is a bout to look forward to.
