If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

So after some spectacular performances, and one or two fight of the year candidates, let's take a look at the League Table for our Boxing Prediction League. First, here are the results from the fights last night.

1) Kell Brook (KO) Vs Hector Saldivia
2) Danny Garcia (KO) Vs Erik Morales II
3) Paulie Malignaggi (SD) Vs Pablo Cesar Cano
4) Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam Vs Peter Quillin (UD)
5) Devon Alexander (UD) Vs Randall Bailey

Kell Brook looked like a future world champion in his performance, he dominated and stopped Hector Saldivia in three rounds. It was a punch perfect performance from Brook, who only got hit by one clean blow at the end of the second round. After that you have to really fancy Brook's chances of beating Devon Alexander for the IBF Welterweight crown.

Danny Garcia scored a 'Knock-out of the year' over Mexican legend, Erik Morales. Morales was competitive for the first few rounds, but he was badly hurt, and saved by the bell at the end of the third round. Garcia then finished him off with his trade-mark left hook in the fourth, which was reminiscent of the left-hook that stopped Amir Khan.

Paulie Malignaggi just about kept his title, he won a split decision in a very close fight with Pablo Cesar Cano. Malignaggi was knocked-down and badly hurt at the end of the eleventh round, the sound of the bell for the end of the round saved Malignaggi from a possible stoppage loss.

Peter Quillin won the WBO version of the Middleweight crown last night. He beat then champion Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam in a thrilling contest which so N'Jikam visit the canvas a total of six times. N'Jikam showed a lot of heart, and certainly won most of the rounds in the fight, but Quillins punching power was the difference.

Devon Alexander became a two-weight world champion, but not in great fashion. He pitched a shut-out over 'The knock-out king', Randall Bailey. Bailey was in their looking for the knock-out, but Alexander was able to avoid the big right hands and out-work Bailey over twelve rounds.
