If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

It's that time of the week again, let's take a look at the fixtures for Week 4 of our Boxing Prediction League. The fixtures for the first 3 weeks were the best we've had, that trend continues through Week 4.

Here is the League Table after Week 3.

1) David Price Vs Matt Skelton - One of the most talked about prospects in Heavyweight boxing, David Price will put his British Title on the line against former world title challenger, Matt Skelton. Price is expected to do the business, but Skelton is on a three win KO streak, so anything can happen.

2) Tyson Fury Vs Kevin Johnson - Another highly talked about British Heavyweight prospect is in action this week. Tyson Fury takes on his toughest challenge to date in Kevin "Kingpin" Johnson. Johnson took Vitali Klitschko the distance, and he will travel to Belfast Ireland in what is a must win fight for him. Both men are very skilled, but sometimes don't show up fully focussed in fights. Anything can happen in this one.

3) Miguel Cotto Vs Austin Trout - Miguel Cotto will challenge for Austin Trout's WBA Light Middleweight title. Trout has successfully defended his belt three times already, a fourth successful defence against Miguel Cotto will be his best yet. But you can't write Cotto off, in his last fight he pushed pound for pound king, Floyd Mayweather Jr all the way. The bout will take place in Madison Square Garden, meaning Cotto will be the fans favourite.

Bonus: Andrew "Freddy" Flintoff Vs Richard Dawson - People from the UK know a lot about this fight, for people who don't know much about this fight, former Cricketer Andrew "Freddy" Flintoff will make a highly publicised boxing debut this Friday, he takes on Richard Dawson, who has a record of 2-0 1KO.

As this is a bonus fixture, a correct prediction will earn you five points.

Here is some footage of Flintoff's training camp courtesy of JacamoUK:
