If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

So after another enjoyable boxing weekend, let's take a look at the fixtures for Week 5 for our Boxing Prediction League.

Here is the League Table after Week 4.

1) Brian Magee Vs Mikkel Kessler - In Denmark, one of the most popular boxers in the sport, and three times world champion, Mikkel Kessler will take on Brian Magee in a must win fight for both guys. I say must win because a loss would truly end Magee's hopes of winning a world title, and if Kessler can't beat Magee, he won't stand a chance of winning a world title against Carl Froch or Andre Ward.

2) Darren Barker Vs Kerry Hope - This is an intriguing fight, how will Darren Barker look after an injury filled year and having not fought since October last year. He certainly isn't taking on an easy challenge for his first fight back, most of you will remember that Kerry Hope upset then unbeaten, Gregorsz Proksa to become the EBU Middleweight champion. Expect a good fight here.

3) Miguel Vasquez Vs Mercito Gesta - Reigning and defending IBF Lightweight champion, Miguel Vasquez, will take on Mercito Gesta, in his toughest title defence so far. The experience and activity is with Vasquez, but youth and power is with Gesta, and that makes him dangerous.

Here is a video of Gesta's TKO win over Ty Barnett courtesy of FLIPagentX86 :

4) Manny Pacquiao Vs Juan Manuel Marquez - Manny Pacquiao will battle it out with Juan Manuel Marquez for the fourth time. Pacquiao has two wins and a draw from the trilogy, so for Marquez, this may be his last chance to get a "W" over Manny Pacquiao. Like the first three bouts, expect this one to be very entertaining.

5) Yuriorkis Gamboa Vs Michael Farenas - Last but not least, former two time Featherweight world champion, Yuriorkis Gamboa will return to the ring after being out of the ring with promotional issues for over a year. He takes on a tough opponent, Michael Farenas fought for a world title in his last fight and has never been stopped.
