If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

So after another unbelievable boxing weekend, let's take a look at the fixtures for week 6 for our Boxing Prediction League.

Here is the League Table after Week 5.

1) Arthur Abraham Vs Mehdi Bouadla - "The King" Arthur Abraham will make the first defence of his WBO Super Middleweight crown against the French Champion, Mehdi Bouadla. Bouadla has fought elite competition once before, he was the opponent for Mikkel Kessler in 2011, he lost by TKO in the sixth round. Will Abraham better Kessler's win over Bouadla? Or will this step-up to world level be a successful one for Bouadla?

2) George Groves Vs Glen Johnson - Glen Johnson will come out of retirement to take on George Groves this weekend. Groves, who is unbeaten in fifteen fights, will want to win in spectacular fashion against Johnson. But no-one has an easy time with Glen Johnson, who has upset the home fighter on many occasions.

3) Nonito Donaire Vs Jorge Acre - Nonito Donaire is one of the leading candidates for "Fighter of the year", he has had a very active year beating three former world champions, a win over Acre would be a great way to close out the year, but Acre has upset the odds before. Expect a high action fight.

4) Deontay Wilder Vs Kelvin Price - Olympic Bronze Medallist  Deontay Wilder seems to be America's only hope to eventually regain the Heavyweight crown. A lot of US fans will be watching with keen interest to see how good Wilder looks after taking on his toughest opponent to date in Kelvin Price. Price has a win over Tor Hamer, so he should provide Wilder with a tough test.

5) Amir Khan Vs Carlos Molina - Amir Khan is one of the most talked about fighters in boxing. He lost his last fight by brutal KO, and many are still wondering if he has what it takes to be a world champion again. Well we should find out to some degree in his next fight. He takes on unbeaten Lightweight, Carlos Molina. Will Virgill Hunter improve Khan's defensive flaws?
