If you're looking to get in shape like a boxer or you're just looking for some boxing workouts to add to your own routine then you're at the right place. You can also find plenty of drills, techniques and tips to help you exercise like a champ.

So it's that time of the week again, let's take a look at the fixtures for Week 7 for our Boxing Prediction League.

Here is the League Table after Week 6.

1) Manuel Charr Vs Konstantin Airich - One of three Heavyweight bouts this weekend, former title challenger, Manuel Charr looks to get back to winning ways against former contender Konstantin Airich. Charr was stopped on a cut in the fourth round of his last fight against Vitali Klitschko. Charr lost every round, but he was competitive and showed he has potential to be a very good contender in the Heavyweight division.

2) Tomasz Adamek Vs Steve Cunningham - The biggest fight this weekend features to former Cruiserweight champs, Tomasz Adamek and Steve Cunningham fighting in a rematch. Their first fight was a FOTY candidate and if their rematch is half as good we should be in for a treat. Both are now older and past their primes, who will have the edge when they meet this Saturday?

3) Tor Hamer Vs Vyacheslav Glazkov - This is what today's Heavyweight division needs more of, two highly touted prospects fighting each other. Hamer is known for his Prize-Fighter win, which included's a win over Kevin Johnson, Glazkov is untested but has shown potential to make some noise.

Point system

The winner of S3 will receive a signed poster of their favourite fighter. What have you got to lose?

Just one more thing
