It's that time of the week again, let's take a look at the fixtures for week ten of our Boxing Prediction League, we have three very interesting fights for you to take a look at, two are in Germany on different fight cards, the other is the main event for this weeks edition of "Friday Night Fights".
Here is the League Table after Week 9.
1) Felix Sturm Vs Sam Soliman - Last chance saloon for both guys, Sturm lost his last fight by split decision against Daniel Geale in a world title unifacation bout. Soliman has won his last seven bouts, but not against world class opposition. The fight is an eliminator for the IBF Middleweight title, meaning the winner could face the winner of Daniel Geale/Anthony Mundine.
2) Carlos Molina Vs Cory Spinks This fight has two things in common with the Sturm/Soliman fight. It is last chance saloon for both guys and the fight is an eliminator for the IBF world title. Both Spinks and Molina have a reputation for being "boring but effective", so this may not be a "Fight of The Year" candidate, but it will be a high level boxing match.
3) Eduard Gutknecht Vs Juergen Braehmer - The third and final fight on the fixtures list this week features two German-born fighters, Eduard Gutknecht and Juergen Braehmer. Gutknecht is defending his EBU Light Heavyweight Title, but also on the line is a shot at WBO champion, Nathan Cleverly, who Braehmer was scheduled to fight in 2011.
Predicting the correct fighter - One point
