So it's time take a look at the League Table for the twelfth and final week for our Boxing Prediction League this season. Before we take a look at the League Table, here are the results from the weekend.

1) Alejandro Lopez Vs Jonathan Romero (Decision)
2) Adrien Broner (KO) Vs Gavin Rees
3) Sakio Bika (Decision) Vs Nikola Sjekloca
4) Vincente Escobedo Vs Edner Cherry (KO)

Jonathan Romero retained his unbeaten record and became the IBF Super Bantamweight champion of the world by out-pointing Alejandro Lopez, in an excellent fight. Romero is a name you need to remember as he could be fighting British Super Bantamweight, Carl Frampton in the near future.

Adrien Broner, another unbeaten fighter, destroyed the tough, former world champion, Gavin Rees in five brutal rounds. Rees can come again, Broner now needs to prove he is the best Lightweight in the world by taking on the winner of the Ricky Burns/Miguel Vazquez unification fight in March.

Sakio Bika officially became the mandatory challenger for Andre Wards WBC Super Middleweight belt. He beat up then unbeaten, Nikola Sjekloca for twelve rounds. Sjekloca will serve well as a good gatekeeper for up and coming fighters, Bika will likely rematch Lucian Bute in a few months times.

Edner Cherry earned his best win to date, he stopped Vincente Escobedo in the sixth round of their fight. Cherry was always the boss in this fight, he had Escobedo down heavily in the fourth round. Escobedo's career is over at world level, Cherry at 30 years old will likely only get one more chance to become a world champion.
